Is this about cleaning the environmnt or cleaning the treasury? 

Along with children, the environment is exploited to extract tax money. The environment needs money (several billion dollars), they told us. The Clean Water/Clean Air bond act referendum followed and was passed by the voters. Of those who voted for this boondoggle, how many know how it is spent? Here are some examples of cleaning air and water around the Capital District.

	This sign has been seen at a number of working churches undergoing extensive repairs. Here is one.
	Here is a non-working church taken over by the city.
	Here are some down town commercial buildings with the state capitol building in the background.
	This is a building with historic significance in my town. My local state Assemblyman sold it to the DAR for a lot more than any sane individual would pay for it. I'm pretty sure the DAR used government subsidies to buy it. Now it is being repaired with clean air/clean water bond money.

Is this what people voted for?
